Hands down amazing service! JP was responsive, informative and great at walking me through the entire process. He was fantastic about level setting with me. This was not an easy move given the amount of furniture in our 3 bedroom condo and tight timelines (2 hour elevator limits on both ends). In the end they exceeded my expectations! They were on time and even finished ahead of schedule. Every single thing went so smooth! The crew flew through the move and every member was professional and kind. Joel is a master at Tetris! Moving is never easy especially when you are moving your senior parents! Yesterday was phenomenal we had three of the kindest compassionate professional gentlemen making this move a smooth one. Joel, Karl and Chey arrived on time and quickly started loading up the truck. They took expert care in moving my moms precious belongings and then placing them in her new place (sorry guys she changed her mind on the bedroom furniture you kept having to place) they took the time to listen to what she wanted and made this day easier on her and my dad, not to mention giving me and my brothers peace of mind that we were in good hands.
